• 1986
    The group¡¯s founder, Mr Hansen Yuen founded the group on 8th May, 1986. The company was first being run under the name of Han Hua and focused on reexports.

  • 1990
    The China market had been rapidly growing and people¡¯s living standard was steadily growing. The group was renamed with the name Maxyee at the end of 1990. the business scopes were broadened to import and export of paper products, cigarettes, machinery and electrical appliances.

  • 1992
    In the year of 1992, the group sxet up several subsidiaries in Beijing, Shenzhen, Kunming, Xuzhou, and established 3 offices. The business scopes were extended to printing, packaging material, warehousing, weaving and property.

  • 1994
    A subsidiary was established in Singapore. The group joined hands with several Mainland and foreign companies to star joint ventures. In the year, the company invested in projects on pharmacy, interior decoration and property management.

  • 1995
    By the end of the year, Maxyee and a Germany waste rollers presses factory, Welger, signed a contract to be Welger¡¯s sole agent in China, Hong Kong and Macau. The group established Maxyee Machines Trading Co Ltd, concentrating on machines re-export business.

  • 1996
    Started with the year, Maxyee Holdings Ltd. ¨CBermuda, the label of long-term strategy, was formally established. Maxyee, and several multi-national companies, like Kodak, Eastman and Xerox; established commercial relationships. The company imported millions of products and achieved excellent sales results.

  • 1997
    At the beginning of the year, meeting further development of the Sino-American economic relationship, the group set up its subsidiary in USA. In April, the company signed an agreement with Kodak, to be the sole agent of photo sensitive equipment in Kunmin.

  • 1998
    After assessment of the year¡¯s economic trend, and consideration of the group¡¯s development strategies, the group adjusted the main and supplementary businesses. Positioned the company with property development, colour packing printing and bio-tech pharmacy as the main scope, whereas photo sensitive equipment property, and hotel management as supplementary business.

  • 1999
    Consolidating the decisions made in 1998, the group increased investment on colour packing printing, pharmacy and personnel training. The group was computerized with the employment of various hardware and software.

  • 2000
    Invested in a joint venture with the famous Hongta Group, manufacturing and dealing holgram anti-counterfeiting products. The group provided anti-counterfeiting packing for tobacco and cosmetics, working to crack down the serious imitation good problem in China.
  • 2001
    The group secured the group's material, financial and human resources to strengthen the colour printing, packing and property businesses. The investment was near 100 million RMB, to improve the existing equipment and purchase world class facilities.
    At the same time, the company increased investment in pharmacy, founded the largest medical supermarket in the South-western area. The group also joined hands with Xuzhou cigarette Factory to form Xuahou Huayi Colour Printing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Maxyee Construction Material Ltd, which became the sole agent of Hongta Group's building material in Shenzhen, was founded in the same year.

  • 2002
    The modern GMP manufacturing plant in Yunnan Chuxiong was dounded. Zhanjiang Maxyee Garden started work. Shenzhen Piecturespue Coast was founded. Maxyee International Commercial Building was established. The group jointly built Yunnan Maxhung Ka Wo design Co., Ltd. With Jiangshu Ka Wo Advertising Co., Ltd.

  • 2003
    The topping-out ceremony and sales launching ceremony of Picturespue Coast by Shenzhen Maxyee Property Development Co. Ltd was held. In 2 weeks' short time, more than half of the property has been purchased. The completion ceremony of Maxyee International Commercial Building was magnificently organized, the group officially moved to the new building. Xuzhou Man Lung Packing and Printing Co, Shenzhen Maxyee Property Management Co Ltd and Shenzhen Guangdilong Industry Co. Ltd. Were set up, Man Lung printing factory started construction. Yuxi Maxyee Property Development Co Ltd was established.

  • 2004
    Maxyee GMP pharmaceutical plant was established and started production, was approved by the Drug Administration GMP on 30, June, 2004.
    Shenzhen Maxyee Picturespue Coast was completed and moved in.
    Zhanjiang Maxyee Garden was started production.
    Manlung Printing factory was started production.

  • 2005
    Maxyee Group is going to have a strategic adjustment Plan to develop.
    Maxyee Property Development (Group) Co., Ltd. Project started production.
    Maxyee Culture Industry Group Co., Ltd started production.
    Maxyee Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd started production.
    Kunming Maxyeee Telecom Building was completed and moved in.
    Kunming Maxyee International Commercial Buildings was completed and moved in.
    Kunming Maxyee Grand Ville started production.
    Xuzhou Maxyee Printing Group Co., Ltd was completed and moved in.
    Zhanjiang Maxyee Garden was completed and moved in.
    Xuzhou Maxyee Grand Court was completed and moved in.
    Xian Maxyee Technology Culture Industry Co., Ltd stared production.
    Shenzhen Maxyee Green Pearl Garden project initiated.
