Here enables you to access a number of the most commonly used FORMS of the Government of the Hong Kong S.A.R..   Beside the normal printed forms supplied from the Government offices, you can download the forms and print it out for use.  All forms can be viewed by the Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) Reader software which is available free at the Adobe Systems Incorporated website

Forms under the home page can be searched by form number, form title, department name, or keyword(s). The Form Detail Sheet attached to each form provides information on the nature of the form, telephone number for enquiries, addresses and methods of submission. It also contains other relevant web site addresses with more details about the form and the department responsible for its contents.
